Cancellation Policy

Because every LEDSSIWE dress is made to order, the possibility and cost of cancellation depends on how far production has progressed. Please contact us as soon as possible at sales@ledssiwe.shop with your order number if you need to cancel.

Cancellation Charges

· "Production started" means fabric has been cut for your order. We will confirm the exact production status of your order by email before processing any cancellation.

· Custom-size orders enter production immediately after your measurements are confirmed, so the same timeline applies.

· Promotional or clearance items marked Final Sale cannot be canceled once payment is confirmed.

How Refunds Are Processed

· Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 48 hours of cancellation approval.

· Your bank, PayPal, or card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the funds.

· Original payment-processing fees are non-refundable after the 24-hour window.

Changes to an Order

· Size, color, or style changes are possible only before production begins (within 24 hours) and must be confirmed by us in writing.

· Once measurements for a custom order are submitted and confirmed, they cannot be changed.

· Shipping-address corrections are free until the order is dispatched; after dispatch, carrier address-correction fees (if available) are charged to the customer.

Urgent / Event-Date Orders

If you ordered against a confirmed event date and later cancel, the same production-stage charges apply. We are unable to expedite a refund beyond the timelines above.
