Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing LEDSSIWE. Every dress is made to order and individually tailored. Please read our delivery timeline carefully before ordering, especially if you need your dress for a specific event date.

1. Processing (Tailoring) Time vs. Shipping Time

Our total delivery time has two separate stages:

· Processing time begins after your order is confirmed and, for custom-size orders, after your measurements have been received and verified by our team.

· Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

· During peak season (March–May for prom, October–November for homecoming and holiday events), tailoring may take up to the longer end of the range. Please order early.

Need it by a specific date? Contact us before placing your order with your event date, and we will confirm whether we can deliver on time. Do not rely on standard timelines for time-sensitive events.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across the United States. Additional destinations will be announced on our website.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

Examples: 1 dress = $30.00 shipping; 2 dresses = $45.00; 3 dresses = $60.00; any order totaling $499.00 or more ships free.

· Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the number of dresses in your order.

· All shipments are fully tracked; a tracking number is provided by email as soon as your order ships.

· Import duties and customs clearance are included for US orders — see Section 5.

· Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error.

4. Order Tracking

· A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your order leaves our studio.

· You can also view order status in your Shopify account under Orders.

· Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to activate tracking information after you receive the email.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Duties Included — DDP)

LEDSSIWE ships to the United States on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. All product prices and shipping charges include applicable US import duties and customs clearance fees. No additional fees will ever be charged on delivery — the total you pay at checkout is the final price delivered to your door.

· US sales tax is collected where legally required and clearly shown at checkout.

· You will not be contacted by the carrier for customs payment.

6. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

· Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment/suite numbers. We are not responsible for packages delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

· If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipment costs will be charged to the customer.

· We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone 18 or older can receive the package.

7. Delays Outside Our Control

We work hard to meet the timelines above, but delivery may be affected by events beyond our reasonable control, including customs inspections, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other force majeure events. In these cases we will keep you informed and work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we cannot be held liable for delays caused after the package leaves our studio.

8. Rush Order (Optional Paid Service)

For customers with an event date close to our standard 10–17 business day delivery window, we offer an optional Rush Service:

· Flat fee: $30 per dress, selected directly on the product page and shown at checkout before payment.

· Rush tailoring takes 6–8 business days (vs. 7–12 standard); with 3–5 business days of US express shipping, estimated total delivery is 9–13 business days (2026-09-12 confirmed).

· The $30 rush fee covers expedited tailoring only; express shipping and duties are charged/included as normal.

· Rush cannot remove carrier transit delays caused by customs inspections or force majeure events.

· If we accept a rush order with a confirmed event date and miss it due to our own production delay, contact sales@ledssiwe.shop — the rush fee is refunded in that case.

· Rush fees are otherwise non-refundable unless the order is defective.
