Terms of service

These Terms govern your access to and purchases from ledssiwe.shop, operated by Inthebuy Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong with its registered office at RM 10, 29/F Ho King Commercial Centre, 2-16 Fa Yuen Street, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong ("LEDSSIWE", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders & Acceptance

· Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation; until then we may decline or cancel it.

· We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or policy violations.

· Product descriptions, colors, and dimensions are provided as accurately as practical but are not guaranteed to be error-free. See Size, Fit & Color Policy.

2. Pricing & Payment

· Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price at checkout governs a confirmed order.

· In the event of an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and may cancel the order before production.

· Full payment is required before tailoring begins. Accepted methods are shown at checkout.

3. Made-to-Order Items

Our dresses are made to order. Processing (tailoring) time of 7–12 business days is separate from shipping time of 3–5 business days to the US. Event-date requests must be confirmed by us before ordering. See the Custom Size & Made-to-Order Policy.

4. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Cancellations, returns, and exchanges follow the Cancellation Policy and Return & Exchange Policy. Custom-size and Final Sale items are not returnable except for confirmed manufacturing defects or our error.

5. Risk of Loss & Title

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Lost-package claims must be reported within 30 days of the last tracking update and are handled case by case with the carrier.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product photography, images, logos (including LEDSSIWE®), text, and graphics — is owned or licensed by us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: use the site unlawfully; provide false information; attempt to disrupt security; scrape or copy content; resell our products on the same or altered media while misrepresenting them; or submit fraudulent chargebacks without first contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEDSSIWE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including event-related costs such as venue, travel, or third-party alteration fees). Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the products. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Disclaimer

We provide the site "as is" and do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Formalwear fit may require local alteration; standard seam allowance is provided, and alteration is normal for this product category.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site, breach of these Terms, or violation of law.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The parties first attempt good-faith resolution within 30 days; unresolved disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to you under the laws of your place of residence.
