The halter strap wraps the neck and plunges into a deep V that runs nearly to the waist, while the open sides and fully bare back show off a sculpted silhouette. A wide waistband nips the middle and releases into a pleated A-line skirt cut on a high-low hem—short and flirty in front, with a slightly longer sweep at the back. The dress fastens with a center-back zipper and has built-in bra cups for support.
