Shipping & Duties
US express shipping is $30 for the first dress and $15 for each additional dress; free over $499. All orders arrive Delivered Duty Paid — nothing extra on delivery.
Returns
Standard sizes may be returned or exchanged once within 14 days of delivery; customers arrange return shipping to our authorized Buffalo, NY address. Custom-size dresses are final sale except for defects.
Color Accuracy
Screens vary. Complimentary fabric swatches are available; a flat $30 shipping fee applies per swatch order.
